Xiaomi announced the best and affordable Redmi Pro smartphone, Dual-camera & Big battery
As earlier suggested, as seen in various leaks, now it’s official! Xiaomi Redmi Pro smartphone launched in three variant that’s the only thing we didn’t see coming, this is the most powerful Redmi devices till date, the first Xiaomi smartphones to feature dual-camera.
Xiaomi Redmi Pro is a 5.5-inch Full-HD OLED display (first OLED display coming from china) like I mentioned earlier it comes in three variant of which they all comes with same size, design and camera. But differ in RAM, Storage, CPU and obviously price too.
Xiaomi Redmi Pro is built with metal body with CNC diamond cut and brushed metal finish with gloss anodizing process, the low-end version is powered by a deca-core Helio X20 with 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage while the rest two is powered by even more powerful Helio X25 with 3GB RAM + 64GB ROM and 4GB RAM + 128GB ROM.
As for camera department, the rear camera is 13.0MP Sony IMX258 sensor and the secondary sensor is a 5.0MP Samsung lens with an aperture value ranges from f/.095 to f/5.6. Xiamoi claims that the use of dual camera setup helps the phone take real time hardware level bokeh images.

The resulting images are said to be comparable to the ones taken from a DSLR camera. The presence of the ImagiQ Pro chip also helps to improve this function and you can adjust the focus after the image is captured. As for selfie camera you a get 5.0MP which comes with 85-degree wide-angle sensor.
Other features includes USB Type-C port, fingerprint sensor is located on the front of the phone, embedded into the home button with a large battery of 4050mAh (now you talking).
Pricing for the Redmi Pro starts at $225 for the 3GB RAM + 32GB version, while the 3GB RAM with 64GB cost $255 and the top of the model with 4GB RAM + 128GB cost $300. Xiaomi Redmi Pro will be available first in china from 6th of August with choice of three colours including gold, grey and silver.
