Google is developing a VR headset with controller

VR headset seems to be trending in the tech world now, some Top League OEMs have already ventured into VR headset, the like of Samsung, HTC, Oculus and other Chinese companies too.

Google announced Daydream VR platform during the I/O 2016 conference few days ago, Google now revealed that it has created a reference design for a virtual reality headset that will use a controller which could make it stand-alone and it’s been shared with allies.

Google’s VR division head Clay Bavor gave a confirmation that the Mountain View, California based company is developing its own VR headset and controller. No further information was shared, whether the VR headset will use a computer or smartphone, or it will be a standalone headset.
